Welcome to my website my name is Janette. I’m a Homeschool Mom of three who loves to bake. I started making cakes in Highschool in 2006. After Highschool, I got a degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu. I have always had a passion for art and beauty. I especially love creating art that is also pleasing to the pallet. Later in life, I got a bachelor’s degree in nutrition. My other passion is healthy whole-food cooking. That is one of the reasons I have a large vegetable garden and started homesteading. I can custom-make your cake for almost any dietary need. My kitchen is not celiac safe but I do make gluten-free cakes for sensitivities. The eggs from my cakes come from our free ranged chickens in the backyard. I buy high-quality ingredients and organic whenever possible.
I ask that people order their cake at least two weeks in advance.
I charge a ten percent down payment on the cake’s total cost, this is to protect my time and money. Once your order is delivered or picked up, with a happy customer, the last payment will be made.
Delivery: Pick-up is recommended but if this is not possible for you I charge 50 cents per mile. (For example, if you live30 miles away I will charge you for 60 miles at 50 cents a mile, which would cost $30).
I live in Wyoming, MN north of Forest Lake and the Twin Cities.
Payment: I take cash and Venmo, no checks, please.
